Bordeaux
Dream Vintage 2000
(12 Bottles)

The 2000 Bordeaux vintage, matching the year of the founding of the Allan Brooks Nature Centre, produced very powerful, concentrated, muscular wines which will evolve slowly, from every red wine appellation in Bordeaux, the first year since 1990 that it has been realized. As a millennium wine, the 2000 vintage has been also been favoured by collectors around the world. Wines offered have been cellar stored since their release. This case, courtesy of George Galbraith, contains  4 bottles of each of the following wines,:

Chateau La Grave a Pomero 2000 From the right bank of Bordeaux, this is one of Pomerol’s most elegant, fruity and stylish wines. Not dense or powerful, but always seductive and impeccably made.
