Join us on opening day of the season. 2021 Covid protocols will be in effect which means we will keep things simple and focus on what we do best – celebrating nature! Guided walking tours will take place at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm by donation, at $5 per person (youth under 16 and members are free!). Come see what’s new at Allan Brooks Nature Centre including our new sensory bins and water table in the playground, an abundance of new brand new trail signs, new items in our Gift Shop, and a new taxidermy Golden Eagle. Kids can take away a FREE nature-based art activity kit. As a bonus, the first 50 guests to the Centre this season will receive a complimentary tree plug courtesy of PRT – Coldstream. Bring a picnic lunch and don’t forget your camera! We are open from 9:00 am – 3:30 pm. (Covid protocols will be in effect including mandatory masks and social distancing. Indoors spaces are limited to 4 people indoors, 30 people onsite and 6 children in the playground at any given time.)
***In the event that our Provincial Health Official enforces restrictions that would prevent visitors from attending the Allan Brooks Nature Centre, we will do our best to notify the public as soon as possible.
